The 10-day fix for the problem that's costing your business.

You know the problem.
We work out the technology.

Business automation services for European companies: workflow automation, system integrations and small internal tools.

You already know where the business leaks time, money, or control. Bring that one problem - we work out the simplest technology that fixes it and build the working solution around the tools you already use. Fixed scope, fixed price, live in 10 business days.

A few problems we've dealt with recently

  1. 01

Quotes took a day because the info lived in three places.

  2. 02

Staff copied the same customer data into two or three systems.

  3. 03

Friday reporting ate half a day, every week.

  4. +

Whatever is costing you time or money - we'll work out the fix.

✓ Works with your existing tools ✓ You own what we build ✓ No mandatory retainer

Evidence, not promises

Real business problems. Measurable results.

Picture the part of your day you would change

What would you like
to stop doing?

Choose a familiar part of your working day. See what could change, or describe something else in your own words.

The work is moving. But you cannot see where it stands. The same work, a different flow

See the current stage

Spot work that needs attention

You see where things stand without asking around.

Keep the stage, owner and next action visible for each job. Spend your attention on delays and decisions, rather than collecting updates.

Illustrative situations, not promised results. Your first outcome is defined around your actual process.

A change to your business, on terms you understand

Know what will change.
Keep the decision yours.

You want a recurring problem fixed. You also need to know how much disruption, effort and commitment that will involve.

01 · What changes?

One recurring problem becomes one clear improvement.

We agree what should be different in the way your business runs. The result should be easy to recognise in daily work, without needing to understand the technology behind it.

What keeps going wrong today should happen more reliably, with less time, money and attention lost along the way.

One example From enquiry to follow-up
TodayPotential sales are being lost
  1. A customer asks for a quote
  2. The message waits in somebody's inbox
  3. The quote goes out late, or not at all
  4. The follow-up is forgotten

The customer may go elsewhere before anyone realises what happened.

After the changeEnquiries get followed up
  1. You can see every new enquiry
  2. Someone knows a reply is needed
  3. Late quotes are easy to spot
  4. Follow-ups do not rely on memory

Fewer potential sales are lost because nobody replied.

This is one example. Your project is defined around the result that matters in your business.

02 · What is my part?

Explain the work.
You can leave the technical choices to us.

You work directly with the person responsible for defining and implementing the solution. You do not have to translate between a salesperson and a developer.

You help with the business decisions

Show a real example. Explain what matters. Arrange the relevant access and involve the person who will use the result.

The technical work is handled for you

We choose the approach, connect or adapt the necessary tools, and build the agreed solution. You try it in real work so we can confirm it does what we agreed.

03 · What do I approve?

Your decision comes
after the important details.

The proposal makes the result, price and conditions clear. Reading it commits you to nothing. Ask questions, say yes, or decide it is not right for you.

What you will have at the end

Before you decide, we write down what we will make, what it should do, what is not included, and how you can tell it works. It should make sense to the person who will use it, not only to an IT specialist.

04 · What stays with me?

You get a working result
you can use from day one.

Each 10-day stage ends with the agreed solution working in real use. It is not a mock-up, unfinished demo or technical experiment. If you want to improve another part of the business afterwards, we agree that separately.

Before you decide

Thirty minutes. No commitment. A clearer way forward.

Tell us what keeps costing the business time, money or control. We ask only what we need to understand it, then explain what a sensible first step could look like.

You spend

No more than 30 minutes describing the problem and answering the first questions.

You receive

Our honest view, a practical next step and a short outline you can keep.

You decide

Ask us to build it, take the idea away, or do nothing for now. No invoice, no pressure and no hard feelings.

Thirty minutes may reveal a change that moves the business forward. Saving those 30 minutes guarantees only one thing: the problem stays exactly as it is.

Selected work

Four examples of businesses that stopped working around the problem.

The technology was different in every case. What mattered was making the business work better in a way that people could see, use and measure.

01Manufacturing

Paper hours were driving payroll with no reliable way to check them.

More than 150 employees wrote their project hours on paper at the end of each shift. Another employee then transferred every entry into a spreadsheet and divided the hours between projects. Those handwritten records were also used to calculate payroll, even though the company had no practical way to compare claimed hours with the time people were actually on site.

A central time-reporting system replaced the spreadsheets. Employees eventually entered their own hours on tablets, and the records were connected with access-control data. The company could check payroll against real attendance, remove the repeated data entry and give managers a much clearer view of time spent on every project.

€18,400Payroll costs avoided during the first month of use.
02Engineering

Compliance work depended on too much manual administration.

The engineering bureau needed to meet strict EN ISO 1090 and 3834 requirements. A six-person administrative team collected project documents, checked employee qualifications and made sure that only people with the right approvals could be assigned to each job. The work was essential, but too much of it depended on people repeatedly checking and organising information by hand.

A dedicated compliance system brought the documentation, qualifications and assignment rules into one controlled process. The same work could be handled by two people instead of six, while the company continued to meet the required standards without lowering the quality of its compliance work.

6 → 2The same compliance workload handled by two people instead of six.
03Vocational education

Teaching capacity was limiting how far the school could grow.

The vocational school had reached a practical limit. Growth depended on the number of students who could fit into each group and the number of lecturers available to teach them. Opening more locations with the same way of working would simply have repeated the same capacity problem and added more coordination.

A custom education platform changed how lectures were delivered and how participation and progress were controlled. Teaching became easier to scale across locations, allowing the school to open two additional branches and grow from one location to three without the old group-size and lecturer limits stopping the expansion.

+200%The branch network expanded from one operating location to three.
04Staffing

Finding and contacting suitable candidates took too long.

Candidate information had originally been kept in spreadsheets, making searches slower and increasing the chance of mistakes. As the recruitment work grew, finding suitable people, checking who had already been contacted and keeping the process moving became increasingly difficult to manage consistently.

An applicant tracking system created one reliable place for the recruitment process. Candidate matching and initial outreach were then automated, so suitable people could be identified and contacted much sooner. The company gained a faster, more orderly process and reduced the average time needed to fill an open position.

6An open position was filled in six days on average.
These are only a few examples of work that made companies easier to run and everyday work simpler for their people.

We do not publish client names on the website. If a particular case is relevant to you, ask us about it. We can tell you which company it was and, with their confirmation, put you in touch for a direct reference. We are confident our clients will be happy to confirm the work and the results.

Honest boundaries

When a 10-day stage is the right way to start.

This is a good way to start

  • You already know what is causing trouble, even if you have no idea how to fix it with technology.
  • The problem keeps costing the business time, money or control.
  • We can agree on one useful result that your team can start using within 10 business days.
  • Someone who knows the work can show us what happens today and answer practical questions.
  • We can get the information and access needed to build and test the solution properly.

We should not start yet

  • You need someone to study the whole company and discover the problem for you.
  • The only goal is to “do something with AI”, with no business improvement to aim for.
  • No one is available to explain the current work or make the necessary decisions.
  • The systems or information we need cannot be accessed.
  • There is no safe way to test a useful result in real work.

A large problem is not a reason to say no. We split bigger work into 10-day stages, each ending with something useful that works on its own. If we cannot define an honest first result, we tell you before you spend any money.

Good questions

Questions worth asking before you start.

What does TenDay Works actually build?

We solve one operational problem at a time using the simplest suitable technology. That may be an automation, a connection between systems, a better use of your CRM, or a small internal tool. AI is used only when it improves the result.

What can be completed in 10 business days?

One agreed result that works in daily use. It might be an automation, a connection between systems, a better way to use your CRM, a small internal tool, or a combination of these. Before work starts, we write down exactly what the result should do and how you will know it works.

What if the whole job is bigger than 10 days?

That is completely fine. We divide the work into 10-day stages. Each stage must end with something useful that works on its own, so you can use it, judge the result and then decide whether to continue.

When do the 10 business days begin?

After you approve the result, price and timing for that stage, and after we receive the access and information needed to start. If we are waiting for something outside your control, those waiting days are not counted as implementation days.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. Plan on no more than 30 minutes to explain the problem and answer the first questions. We give you an honest view and a short practical outline you can keep. You are under no obligation to ask us to build it.

When will I know the price?

After the first conversation, before you make any commitment. You receive one fixed price for the result we have described. If it makes sense, you approve it and we start. If it does not, you can simply say no.

Do I need to prepare a technical specification?

No. Show us what happens today, explain where the trouble is and describe what would make the work better. We turn that into a practical technical plan and explain it in plain language before you decide.

Will you replace the software we already use?

Usually not. Where practical, we make the tools you already have work better together. If an existing system is the reason the problem cannot be solved properly, we explain the options and consequences before proposing any change.

Is every solution based on AI?

No. AI is useful only when it makes the result better and can be trusted for that particular task. Often a straightforward automation, a better use of existing software or a small purpose-built tool is the simpler and more reliable answer.

Who will actually do the work?

You work directly with the same person who discusses the problem, defines the solution and is responsible for building it. There is no salesperson handing the project to a separate delivery team, and you do not need to act as the link between business and IT.

Do I need to share confidential information at the start?

No. The first message only needs to describe the problem in general terms. Leave out names, customer data and anything sensitive. If the project later requires access to private information or business systems, we agree how that access will be handled before you share it.

Who owns the solution and our data?

Your business data remains yours. Ownership of the finished solution, access, hosting, source code and any third-party licences is written into the proposal before work begins, so there are no surprises later.

What happens after the result goes live?

You already have a working solution that your business can use. The agreed access and documentation are handed over with it. Further improvements or ongoing support are available if you want them, but neither is required to keep using what was delivered.

What's holding your business back?

Describe it in the same words you would use with another business owner. You do not need to know what technology should be used.

  • The person responsible for the work reads your message and replies personally.
  • No more than 30 minutes of your time for the first conversation.
  • An honest view and a short practical outline you can keep.
