Who is responsible for your data?

Turvax OÜ operates the TenDay Works website and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What information do we process?

When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, company name, company website, preferred reply method and the information you choose to provide about your business problem. Please do not send passwords, customer records or other confidential information in your first message.

Our web server may also create limited technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. These logs are used to keep the website available and secure. When you use the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical and browser information to determine whether the request was made by a person or an automated system.

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how the website is used. This may include pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information, referring page or campaign, time on site, scroll depth, and interactions with links, buttons, examples, questions and the enquiry form. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, company details or the text you enter into the form to Google Analytics.

Why do we use this information?

• To protect the website, diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse.
• To understand which parts of the website are useful and improve its content, navigation and performance.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Who may receive the information?

We may use hosting, email, anti-spam, analytics and IT service providers, including Cloudflare and Google, that process information for us or provide the tools we use. They receive only the information needed to provide their service. Google Analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards used by Google for international data transfers. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to answer you, assess a possible engagement and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. If work begins, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards where accounting, legal or contractual requirements apply. Technical logs are kept only for the period reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in Google Analytics and only for as long as it remains useful for understanding and improving the website.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These services may store or read identifiers in your browser and receive the interaction and technical data described above. We use this information to measure website use and improve the service; we do not use it to send advertising or intentionally combine it with the contact details submitted through the enquiry form. Cloudflare Turnstile may also use browser technologies that are necessary to protect the form from automated submissions.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To make a request, email info@tendayworks.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. Information about the Estonian authority is available at aki.ee.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available on this page.
